Thank you for visiting and shopping at Flying Pig Glass. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping (continental US & Alaska & Hawaii)

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use UPS exclusively for our shipping carrier.

Alaska & Hawaii: We charge an additional amount for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii (both require shipment by air), which will be calculated and shown automatically at checkout based on the shipment address entered.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur outside of our control.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to USPS PO Boxes or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses because UPS will not deliver to those addresses. We must have physical street address for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after shipment.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Flying Pig Glass is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We pack our shipments with the utmost care, but, rarely, an item may be damaged in transit. We insure each item we ship. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us at [email protected] with a description of the damage and photos, if possible, of both the damaged item and the shipping materials (box, materials, etc.) Since most of our items are one-of-a-kind, it may not be possible for us to provide a duplicate of what you ordered, but we will do our best to resolve the issue fairly and quickly.

 

IMPORTANT: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until we tell you to dispose of them.

We currently do not ship to countries outside the United States.
