You may cancel your purchase and receive a full refund up to 24 hours after your order.

We accept returns for any reason if you notify us within 5 days after delivery.  Use our Contact page or email us directly at [email protected] to start the process.  If you do not notify us within 5 days after delivery, we reserve the right to refuse returns.

Our items are covered by shipping insurance. If your item arrived damaged, please save all packaging, including the outer box until we tell you to dispose of it. We may ask you to send us a photo of the packaging so that we may make a claim with our insurance company. 

The Buyer is responsible for packing the item carefully and securely. We will send a label for you to place on the return package and we will cover any return shipping costs. 

Once the item is received at our studio, we will issue a refund back to the method by which you paid (credit, check, cash, etc.) within 3 days of our receipt.
